Monday – For the early birds
Monday begins with exhibitors starting to set up their booths. Some manufacturers are using the afternoon to meet with their sales reps. An exciting new education offering, The Radiant Certifcicate by Light Can Help You, and 8 Hour Introduction to Lighting session that includes and exam and certification kicks off at 1pm and picks back up the next morning. HTSA, ProSource, and The Guild will gather for private meetings. All followed by a reception open to all from 5pm to 7pm presented by Platinum Sponsor, Lighting Leaf and ProSource!
Tuesday – Lightapalooza Education, education, Education Day
Tuesday – Uber Education Day
Tuesday is Education, Education, Education and more Education. Education is Lightapalooza’s core mission. To elevate the professionalism and skill of Custom Integrators and the Channel as a whole with regard to Lighting, Lighting Control, Lighting Design and now Power. The day includes tracks for business related topics, intro-intermediate-advance lighting training, intro and intermediate Power sessions, manufacturer training and topical panel discussions. While those in class are learning, our exhibitors continue to work hard building there booths and displays. All followed by a welcomed “Celebrate First Day of Education” with a reception presented by Lightapalooza Diamond Sponsor, DMF Lighting!
Wednesday – Morning Coffee Keynote, Exhibit Show Floor Opens
Wednesday – Exhibit Floor Expanded Hours during Lightapalooza 2024, Education Continues!
Wednesday starts off with a Morning Coffee and Keynote followed by the highly anticipated exhibitor show floor opening at 9am. The show floor features an increase number of exhibitors from 2023. A continued strong lineup of education though the day with the exhibit floor and the day ending at 6pm, allowing everyone to freshen up and get with their besties and dine, drink, party, relax, chill, talk, strategize, process what was learned during day 3 of Lightapalooza!
Thursday – Exhibits, Education, CEu…Lightapalooza 2025!
Thursday – 6 Hours of Exhibit Floor, AIA/IDCEC CEU, Conference Comes to its Close.
Thursday starts at 9am…thought that would be better time than opening it up at 8am like it did last year…we try to be nice. Exhibit show floor is open from 9am until 3pm. Education Sessions continue from Manufacturers and from our strong falculty. This year we have added a track of AIA/IDCEC Accredited CEUs. Lightapalooza 2024 comes to a close at 3pm…we will look forward to announcing dates and location for Lightapalooza 2025.
