What is Quality? This session explores quality of light in the context of lighting fixture design and application. You will learn what defines quality of light by understanding both how light is directed in a space and the spectrum and color characteristics of the light that is emitted.

We will unpack concepts such as illuminance, beam angles, CCT, SPD and TM-30 using real photometric reports to show how these measurements describe what we see. By the end, you will be able to read photometric data and choose fixtures that deliver the experience you want in a space.
